Chad, (Or C.J as he's known to friends) is the latest Archer addition to the giant galactic family that is 'Starfleet'. A young Starfleet officer in a new and highly contorversial experimental training program; basically he's a Kirk-esk captain-in-training. The head of one of only three Nebula Class Cadet vessles, The U.S.S Endeavour (aptly named of course, as the crew are recent Starfleet graduates), he's the leader of the fleet in a highly critiqued and dangerous mission to recieve a life-changing education.
